About Us

Change happens whether you're ready or not. We help organizations actually prepare for it. Since 2011, Vision Advisory has worked with companies across industries to navigate transitions that stick. Not the kind that look good in a PowerPoint and fall apart by Q3. We focus on the messy human side of change—the part most consultants gloss over. Our approach? Honest conversations, clear roadmaps, and support when things get uncomfortable. We've guided 47 organizations through restructures, system overhauls, and cultural shifts. The work isn't glamorous. But it works.

Over time, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, quality, and clear communication. We treat each project as a partnership and aim for outcomes that last.

Our Story

Vision Advisory started because our founder got tired of watching change initiatives fail. She'd seen brilliant strategies crumble because nobody prepared the people affected. In 2011, she decided to build something different. Started with three clients. Then word spread. By 2016, we'd helped 23 companies through major transitions. Today we're 19 people strong, still based in Pretoria, still focused on doing this work properly. We've turned down projects that didn't fit our approach. We've walked away from clients who wanted shortcuts. That's not stubborn. It's just how we operate.

Our Core Values

The principles that guide everything we do

Honest Before Popular

We tell you what we see, not what you want to hear. Sometimes that means saying 'this approach won't work' or 'you need to invest more time here.' Clients appreciate that.

People First, Always

Systems change when people change. We obsess over understanding how transition affects actual humans doing actual work. That's where the real use sits.

Evidence Over Instinct

We measure impact. Track adoption. Listen to feedback. Then adjust. Guessing is cheaper than data. We don't guess.

Simplicity as Strength

Complex jargon makes change harder, not easier. We explain things clearly because if your team doesn't understand it, they can't execute it.
