The timeline includes planning, execution, and stabilization. We won't rush it just to hit an arbitrary deadline. Rushed changes fail. That's not our style.
We work on project fees, not hourly rates. That way we're motivated to finish efficiently without padding hours. Most projects range from R85,000 to R450,000 depending on complexity, team size, and duration. We'll give you a fixed quote after understanding your situation. No surprises. No hidden costs. Just transparency.
No consultant who promises 100% success is being honest. But we do guarantee we'll show up fully, adapt when needed, and give you everything we've got. Success also depends on your leadership commitment and team buy-in. We measure progress monthly so we know early if something isn't working and can course-correct.
We're based in Durban but we work nationally. We've handled projects in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and everywhere in between. For larger initiatives, we embed on-site. For smaller projects, we combine virtual sessions with periodic site visits. Geography isn't really a barrier anymore.
